Automatic Parts, Inc. was founded May, 1956. Through the ups and downs of the past years we have steadily grown and increased our capability to provide you with more services. We manufacture parts for the appliance, electronic, food processing, hydraulic, machine tool, military, pneumatic, pump, recreation and transportation industries.
Facilities include thirty turning centers with bar capacities to 3 1/2 inches and chuck capacities to 11 inches, enabling us to produce a wide range of part sizes. We make parts from most raw materials, including aluminum, brass, copper, carbon steel, alloy steels, stainless steels, monels, forgings, castings and tubing. A complete secondary department provides a full range of most operations and processes. Those we can't perform we will provide using our extensive list of qualified vendors.
Our engineering department provides accurate layouts and tool designs giving you dependable, on time quotes. When we receive an order we can then quickly manufacture the tooling to produce the parts you need when you need them.
Quality today is the number one priority in manufacturing.
Automatic
Parts, Inc. has made extensive investments to insure the production of quality parts.
The inspection department conforms to MIL-I-45208A which includes the certification
of all measuring equipment to MIL-STD-45662. Our quality control manual is available
to prospective customers on request. All of our personnel have received Statistical
Process Control training and we can provide you with any charts and graphs of
the production of parts you need.
Thank you for your time and we hope we can serve you in the future.
